On-going therapy sessions focused on building a solid therapeutic relationship and working toward your goals.
Payment is due by credit or debit card at the time of session.
I offer sliding scale slots as they are available. Please inquire.
Check out the information on Therapy Funds below!
Cancellations/No Show: If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of an appointment or if you do not show up to your appointment you will be responsible for the full session fee at the time of service.
Insurance
I do not take insurance. However, your insurance plan may provide you with Out of Network (OON) benefits. This means that you may get reimbursed for a portion of the session fee. I am happy to provide you with superbills to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, but do not interact with your insurance company directly.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

Insurance plans can unfortunately impact your treatment in negative ways. Plans may dictate how many sessions you can have, for how long, and how often. You are also limited to the providers in your network and those providers may not be the best match for your concerns. In addition, insurance companies do not reimburse therapists at a living wage.

I am a provider on the Asian Mental Health Collective, which opens a quarterly application for therapy funds. If granted, 8 sessions are fully covered. Next round opens mid-June!
